The cover was designed in response to queries from kidney dialysis users to
improve comfort during dialysis. Wool is excellent, providing a soft support

The cover is washable and has a universal fit. If provides coverage from the
top of chair down over the seat (1.5 metres or around 5 feet), and is a
generous width (almost half a metre which is over 18"). Pressure tape allows
ready adjustment for different chairs, and ensures quick and easy fitting.
Typically patients have their own covers, although clinics may provide them.

Q. Is it
guaranteed? Use
the cover for 90 days. If you are unhappy with it, return it for a full
refund, minus postage. The cover is guaranteed against all manufacturing

cover measures 1.52 m (60") in length and 0.49 m (19.5") wide.

heavy is the cover?
The portable cover weights a little
less than 1 kg (around 2 pounds).

long does it take to put on and take off a chair?
Fitting the cover to a
chair is very simple, taking less than a minute. It is even
quicker to take off.

is it made from?
Pure wool
pile bonded to a polyester backing, backed with a fleecy lining.
The edging is fully sewn binding. Adjusting straps are hospital grade
elastic and pressure tape.
Q. How
long does delivery take?
Normal delivery in Australia is 7 to 10 days from placing and paying for
your order. Express delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 days.
Q. How
should I care for my cover?
Recommended care instructions:
- Warm machine wash cycle with an approved wool detergent. Warm rinse,
normal spin dry
- No bleaching
- Dry in the shade hung on a line. Do not tumble dry
- Dry cleanable
Q. Is the
cover suitable for everyone?
The covers are suitable for most people, and no problems have been reported.
However, it may be unsuitable for people having a wool allergy.
Q. Will
it fit the dialysis chair that I use?
Almost certainly. The cover is designed
with a universal fit. If you have a
particular concern, we can advise on how to measure your chair to confirm
the fit.
